Production Manager/Vice President

Position Information

Job responsibilities:

1. Based on the company"s strategic development goals, formulate production department goals, annual production plans, etc.

2. Break down departmental goals into each position in the department and supervise their completion.

3. Strictly control production raw materials and auxiliary consumption, burning loss, waste, etc., control production costs, and improve product quality.

4. Take corresponding measures to continuously improve the rationality and effectiveness of production, and improve production efficiency.

5. Regularly report production results, quality status, production data, etc.

6. Familiar with on-site management of forging workshops.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above; At least 8 years of management experience in a casting enterprise (mandatory).

2. Possess strong awareness of cost control, process optimization, overall organization, and strong ability to analyze and solve problems;

3. Proactive, team oriented, with a high sense of responsibility, able to withstand strong work pressure.

4. Have good leadership and organizational coordination skills, communication skills, execution skills, etc.
