After sales commissioning engineer

Position Information

1. Keep records of user equipment installation and debugging, including product identification information, user details, and relevant personnel information;

2. Provide after-sales service and repair to customers who have sold products and signed warranty agreements with the company;

3. During the service process, information should be promptly fed back to relevant personnel and recorded;

4. Resolve customer issues regarding sales and service;

5. Carry out other work tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualification:

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, and related science and engineering;

2. Able to endure hardships, be proactive, and have a good team spirit;

3. Having an electrician certificate or relevant work experience is preferred.
