Quality specialist

Position Information

Job responsibilities:

1. Develop an internal audit plan, organize internal audits, and track and verify non conformities in accordance with the requirements of the procedural documents;

2. Customer audit/third-party audit: Organize various departments to prepare audit materials, respond to non conformities according to customer/third-party requirements after the audit, and follow up on internal rectification;

3. Participate in the preparation of quality management system documents and maintain the normal operation of the quality management system document system; Follow up on changes in system standards and certification rules;

4. Responsible for the collection, control, distribution, and archiving of quality management system documents;

5. Responsible for training in the quality management system and enhancing the awareness of the quality management system among all employees of the company;

6. Responsible for handling, updating, and reviewing the company"s qualification certificates;

7. Other tasks assigned by leaders;

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, with at least 1-3 years of experience in quality system related work in the same industry or manufacturing enterprises;

2. Understand and basically master the operation of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 management systems, API certification, TS certification, 6S management and training;

3. Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills; Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
