The CDZ nitrogen charging vehicle is a specialized equipment used to charge hydraulic bladder type accumulators, piston type accumulators, hydraulic diaphragm type accumulators, and other high-pressure containers and increase nitrogen pressure. Usually, when the nitrogen cylinder directly charges the accumulator with nitrogen, its maximum nitrogen charging pressure is 13.5MPa. If the nitrogen pressure required for pre charging in the accumulator exceeds 13.5MPa, it can be achieved using this nitrogen charging vehicle. The maximum pressure can reach 42MPa.

Model specifications

1. CDZ-25Y1 type: nitrogen input pressure 3.0-13.5Mpa; The maximum output pressure is 25Mpa; The oil pump pressure is 7Mpa, the flow rate is 16L/min, the turbocharger boost ratio is 1:6, and the boost frequency is 8 times/min.

2. CDZ-32Y1 type: nitrogen input pressure 3.0-13.5Mpa; The maximum output pressure is 35Mpa; The oil pump pressure is 7Mpa, the flow rate is 16L/min, the turbocharger boost ratio is 1:6, and the boost frequency is 8 times/min.

3. CDZ-42Y1 type: nitrogen input pressure 3.0-13.5Mpa; The maximum output pressure is 42Mpa; The oil pump pressure is 7Mpa, the flow rate is 16L/min, the turbocharger boost ratio is 1:7, and the boost frequency is 7 times/min.

operational principle

This model of nitrogen charging vehicle consists of three parts: hydraulic system, air circuit, and circuit. The pilot directional valve of the hydraulic system controls the continuous reciprocating motion of the bidirectional booster. One chamber sucks in nitrogen from the nitrogen cylinder, while the other chamber presses the already inhaled nitrogen into the accumulator or high-pressure container through the valve device. When the nitrogen pressure in the accumulator reaches the preset value, the electric contact pressure gauge sends a signal to stop the hydraulic system from working.

application area

It is suitable for metallurgy, electric power and other industries, and needs to be used in the field of filling high-pressure gas into high-pressure containers. It can be used not only for nitrogen charging of accumulators, but also for nitrogen charging of nitrogen springs.
