The difference between the upper and lower display discharge valves is that the upper display valve allows the ball to rise before discharging, while the lower display valve allows the ball to descend before discharging. The sealing ring is made of corrosion-resistant and erosion resistant materials, and special treatment is applied to the sealing ring to achieve a surface hardness of HRC56-62, ensuring that the inner chamber is not damaged by debris and corrosive fluids when the valve is opened. It has high wear resistance and corrosion resistance functions. When working conditions are special, the valve disc seal can be welded into hard alloy, and the sealing pair adopts line sealing, which can effectively ensure the reliable performance of the valve and prevent scarring, corrosion, and other characteristics.
Structural performance of discharge valve:
The Xionggong brand discharge valve has a simple structure, convenient operation, free opening, flexible and reliable movement, and the replacement of valve discs and sealing rings is simple and convenient. The discharge valve mainly consists of a valve body, disc, sealing ring, valve stem, bracket, valve gland, handwheel, flange, nut, positioning screw, etc. The discharge valve has been widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyes, and food processing.
Instructions for using the discharge valve medium:
Discharge valve: The glass lined equipment is made of glass glaze with high silicon content. Made by applying it to a metal tire at a high temperature of around 900 degrees. It has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, which can prevent the substitution of medium and metal ions from affecting the pollution of the product. The surface is smooth, wear-resistant, and has a certain degree of thermal stability.
① When the medium is corrosion-resistant fluids such as water, acetone, alcohol, ammonia, barium carbonate, benzene, etc., WCB is selected within the temperature range of -29 ℃ -425 ℃.
② When using media such as particles, oil, pulp, and carbon dioxide, stainless steel material should be used, and the temperature range should not exceed -60 ℃ -232 ℃.
③ It is strictly prohibited to use fluorinated ionic liquids (such as HF), as well as strong alkalis and phosphoric acid (temperature less than 150 ℃, concentration>30%).
